Shipping policy

Unless the total cost of an order is above 1000 kshs, delivery will cost an additional 200 kshs (subject to change, refer to this page for current fee). The cost of delivery is free and included in the price for orders with a total cost that is above 1000 kshs within Nairobi, otherwise customers must pay an indicated additional cost for delivery of the products. 

When an order is unusually large or is for special order product(s), the customer will be contacted by a representative for further details and arrangements.

Depending on where you wish to have the product delivered, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach there, may vary. After placing the order, the customer will be notified by the company about how long it will take to deliver the products, at which point the customer can decide to cancel their order.

Though most deliveries can be made within two business days, if for any reason there may be further delay, the client will be notified within one business day.

Please note, that if requested to make a delivery to an area that isn't considered accessible by the company (for various reasons), a representative will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements.
